Fair Supply Chain & Equality of Workers

We ensure that workers receive fair pay for their work. This includes but is not limited to:

• Workers that mine the crystals themselves

• Artisans who carve polished crystals

• The people who travel huge distances to retrieve crystals from remote places

We ensure this by:

• Always pay the full asking price, with no lowballing or negotiations

• No excessive cherry-picking, not always purchasing A-AAA grade material as it leaves suppliers with lots of harder-to-sell stock and causing harm to their business in the long run

We will NEVER support any suppliers or locales affiliated with child labour. We always ask and ensure that workers are not exploited and work in safe conditions.

Sustainable Mining & Environmental Restoration

We purchase from miners and suppliers who follow national environmental regulations and standards. Crystal excavation can cause harm to the environment and following regulations to ensure that the natural state of the land is restored is especially important to any plants, trees, and animals who live in these excavation areas.
